It’s TRUE, we are all about referrals!

And, it’s a well known fact, 60% of our installations are due to the stellar work completed for our customers who then go above and beyond to refer us to their friends and family.

So, it’s our pleasure to reward you for “putting in a good word” for Liberty Comfort Systems.
Here’s what you need to do:

FIRST, you must become a customer….It’s as simple as that. Just schedule a tune-up or a service call. It’s kind of like a test drive. So, when you talk to your friends and family about us, you are a genuine referral yourself. PLUS, it’s a great way for us to track our referrals in our database, since we already have your contact information, along with the services we’ve performed for you.

SECOND, be sure to tell your referred contact to mention your name when they call us to schedule an estimate to replace their heating and/or cooling systems. This is very important; but we also ask each new customer how they were referred to us to ensure tracking and accuracy.

THIRD, if we install a complete heating and cooling system for your referred contact, you could receive a Visa Gift Card up to $100, just for mentioning your personal experience with Liberty. We award one Visa Gift Card per installation per customer. Which means you’ll want to be the FIRST to refer your contacts to Liberty within your own circle of friends.

FINALLY, gift cards are received within 30 days from your referral’s installation date. So, keep your ears peeled for signs or symptoms expressed by your friends of poor heating and cooling issues. We had one customer send us 3 referrals in one year. As a result, we installed 3 complete heating and cooling systems and she received (3) $100 Visa Gift Cards for her efforts. [Single systems, such as a furnace or an air conditioner, receive $50 Visa Gift Cards.] Joyce still holds the record for most referrals in one year. Who will beat Joyce’s record in 2012?
